Bla Bla Blaaa !Completed by Jennie Settle

Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, decoupage and sentiments. Placed topper onto a plain A5 card with 3 in 1 glue. Added decoupage and my choice of sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect. Finished off with some gemstones and pearls.
