Bellee of the Ball 1Completed by Bev Hazelgrave

I printed this kit onto linen textured card. I then cut out the elements. I created a 6 x 6 base card in white to which I added a layer of black background card.

I then cut a square out in white to layer under the topper.

I fixed this to the base with foam tape. I then layered up the decoupage pieces. Finished off with highlights of black glitter to the dress and clear glitter to the flowers. Just love this design!
