Beauty in Polka Dots with Red Roses Card FrontCompleted by Deborah Sweet
I printed the two sheets on to lightweight photo card and cut out and trimmed the topper before attaching it to an 8x8 inch card blank using DST.
I cut out all the decoupage and attached with 1mm foam pads. I finished this delightful design with a sentiment and gems.
