Beautiful Polka Dot Dress and Paper Bow Card FrontCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. I assembled the bow as instructed and attached it to the card using thin foam tape. I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of each butterfly to give more definition.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
