Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted base to blue card stock with felt tip pen around the edges. I used wet glue for this process. I layered the decoupage using various sized foam pads. I have added Stickles Frosted Lace, used my gold pen to highlight fans and flowers, and made up a side greeting in turquoise and white pen.

This is such a stunning design, once made up it can be nothing but beautiful. It can be used for various occasions. I have enjoyed every single minute spent on it, thank you Linda.
