I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I layered the main image onto a dark blue diecut mat and mounted it onto a white card...I then added the decoupage using foam strips and silicone gel...to finish the card I added some little pearls and a bow...a gorgeous design.
