Balloons 2

I printed this lovely design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto white card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads

Printed onto 180gsm Matte photo paper

Cut out images and placed main one onto a 300gsm base card with D/S Tape

Then added topper and layers with foam pads

Added the matching text insert with D/S tape
