Arched Layer Topper Card Beautiful Floral Dress 8x8 Mini KitCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed off the sheets onto 200gsm CUP photo paper. I covered an 8x8 card blank with a CUP backing paper. I matted the base image onto gold embossed card, added 2 pale blue feathers and used foam tape to mount it to the card base.

I cut out the arch and matted that onto the same gold embossed card and used foam tape to mount that to the base image, I decoupaged the layers using 3D glue gel and used Star Dust Stickles to add some sparkle to the whole thing. a gorgeous image anyone would be thrilled to receive.
