I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main design onto a base card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a bow and sentiment...a beautiful design.
I printed both sheets on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to white card, polka dot card, then on to a 7x7 card. Layered all elements. Added sequin blossoms, a lace bow and a greeting. A gorgeous design in pretty pastel colours.
