I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using a brad from my craft box.

I printed onto glossy photo paper, then cut out all elements and added the decoupage with thin foam pads, to complete I added a mini cotton reel and safety pin to the greeting.
A beautiful design with lots of lovely detail.
