The design will fit a 5x7 card blank and can be resized in any graphic program.

Printed onto matte paper 210gsm. Cut out toppers and inserts and decoupage. Placed topper onto a 5 x 7 blank card with double sided tape. Added decoupage with foam pads for 3d effect.
Finally added the insert with 3 in 1 glue and placed the sentiment of my choice with foam pads.
