Used an oblong die to make a mat and layer for topper to go on Did decoupage with silicon glue then used sticky fixers to attach to card Embellishments used are organza ribbon and a gem strip around bow and mulberry flowers sentiment on card is Best Wishes On Your Birthday there is an insert inside card for your message
