I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to large square white pearlescent card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with crystal stickles to Eiffel Tower and butterflies, black gems to sash and corners and red dotted organza bow.

A beautiful design in stunning colours.
