Beautiful Blue Card Front KitCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attched base to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with silver border and corner peel-offs and blue ribbon bow to spine.

A beautiful design.
