I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a cream card with a punched border and added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added a peel off border and corners and a bow...this is a beautiful design perfect for all baby girls.
I printed onto satin photo paper. I layered the main picture onto some pink card and then a cream card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
