50's Style the Polka Dot DressCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a 8x8 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads and finished off with a bow which i placed among the bottom roses, this is a beautiful design for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
