I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a pink punched edge to the top and bottom of the design, then onto a white card.

I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added my chosen sentiment to the inside of the card.

I finished with a bow to the spine of the card. Another great design from Julie.
