Printed on good quality photo paper, I cut out all the elements. I mounted the main piece on to an 8x8 card with dst and used foam pads to fix the decoupage.
The layers on the skirt are stunning.
I added a pink spotted satin bow and some glitter finishing off with my choice of sentiment. This takes me back a while when I used to have dresses with skirts like that!!!!
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look like it is blowing in the breeze. I added the butterflies using foam tape and a blob of silicone glue under one wing for more definition. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
