With this design I first printed both pages out onto glossy photo card, then after cutting out all the elements, I started with the main card, I scored and folded down each line then starting with the ends I mountain folded and the two inner folds were valley, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
I printed the patio sheet onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper twice and cut these out. I scored and folded the design as instructed.
I cut out the left and right panels from the second printout and attached them to the back of the first printout so that when the design is closed no white areas are visible.
I added white card to the back of the centre panel to give more support. A message can also be written here. I printed the decoupage onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. I added the butterflies using foam tape and a blob of silicone glue under one wing for more definition. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
