I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a scalloped edge card and added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added a bow and some little roses...another gorgeous design Julie,suitable for lots of occasions.
I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with pearls and flower.
A beautiful design.
