With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a white 8x8 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
I decoupaged the topper with 3d foam, layered on to silver mirror card and then mounted on to an 8x8 square black card and finished off with peel off corners and a sentiment.
