1950's Lilac Butterfly Lady Mini Kit
A pretty lady in a 1950's style dress, with a flared skirt & petticoats with matching sun hat & gloves.
She is framed by butterflies & lace. This mini kit includes card front, topper & easy to cut out decoupage layers to make a very special card.
The deep layers will make the skirt really stand out & you could add a bit of lace or broderie anglaise to make it even more luxurious!

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added my sentiment. I added two small decorative corners to finish the card. Absolutely beautiful design, great decoupage!
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look like it is blowing in the breeze. I added the butterflies using thin foam tape and put a blob of silicone glue under the wings to give more definition.
I added a peel off greeting from my craft box to complete this gorgeous card.
