I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper covered a white card with a punched card stock the same color as the hat (It's photographed darker) I attached the base to this and decoupaged the elements with silicone glue.
I added one of the sentiments, four silver corners, some cream pearls to the flourish and a cream bow to the skirt.
Absolutely beautiful design.
