I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a cream embossed mat, than to a pale blue mat and finally to a darker blue card.
I decoupaged the elements with foam pads, added one of the sentiments and a bow wit a gem.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I placed a blob of silicone glue under the wings of the butterflies to give more definition.
