I printed the design on to a Matt Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I Scored and Glued the Front and Back together. I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads.

I added a Ribbon and made a Bow I glued a Gem in the middle of the Bow and a Pearl on the Sentiment.
