I printed off the sheets onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto yellow mottled shimmer paper, then onto blue holo card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Stickles to add some sparkle.
