I printed the sheets onto 250gsm. matte photo paper, scored the line on the card back and cut out the pieces.

I glued the card front to the back above the score line and added the layers using sticky pads.

Other captions could be Happy Birthday, With Love or For Someone Special. Just let me know. This is a lovely card.
