I printed onto glossy photo card. I attached the handles together using wet glue then left to dry. I scored & folded the base panel. Once the handle was dry I placed the ends through the bag & secured on the inside using strong DST.

I then added the base panel securing with strong DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I added clear & pale pink gems to the butterflies then attached the tag using white cord. finished with white card candy on the fastener.
