I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I joined the handles using strong double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the inserts to the inside of the bag using double sided tape.

I attached the greeting to the handle using some ribbon from my craft box.
