I printed the design on to a Glossy 200 gsm Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I Scored the design as Instructed and attached the 2 designs with 12mm Double sided tape.

I attached the Front of the card with the Middle and Back using 12mm Double sided tape and Glue stick so I could move the design if I needed.

I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy Gorgeous, Beautiful and Adorable design that turned into a Gorgeous card!!! I really recomend this design to all of you!!! Enjoy your crafting!!
