Printed onto glossy photo card. I scored & folded the card then removed the slots for the handles. I attached the handles & tag pieces back to back using DST & tacky glue. I placed the handles through the slots & secured on the inside of the card using DST.

I then added the matching insert (available separately) which covers the tabs. I added the decoupage pieces using 2mm foam pads. I punched a hole in the top of the tag & attached to the handle with a coordinating ribbon. I finished with a large gem on the handbag flap & smaller gems on each butterfly.
