Lovely Arbor with Soft Roses

I reduced the size to half and printed the design on good quality card 250gsm for the back and front and 180gsm for the decoupage.

I scored down about 1" from the top on the back and added glue paste to the score line on the inside back to secure the back and front together.

I cut out the middle section with a craft knife, I didn't cut the wires of the swing, just the fence section.

I assembled the elements with foam pads, I decoupaged the bird cage twice and added my sentiment to the inside of the card.

The card stands beautifully on it's own and is just gorgeous.
