Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Roughly cut out front and back pieces, then attached these pieces to a heavy card stock. Cut out all pieces. Attached front and back pieces together at the top one third of the balloon using a fast drying wet glue.

Attached 3d pieces using foam pads and the butterflies using a glue dot in the center so the wings are free.

A lovely design that is free standing and very easy to make.
