I printed onto glossy photo card then scored & folded. I removed the apertures then having fastened the 2 handle sections togeth using glue stick placed them through the slots then secured them using DST.

I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then attached the tag using white bead cord. I finished by adding the matching insert using DST.
