Fashion Orange Lady Hat with Roses in Tag Card FormCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I used the sheet slightly differently to the original. I printed the sheets out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base image onto gold mirror card, added 2 feathers & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP insert made into a backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust, Diamond & Tropical Tangerine Stickles to add some shimmer.
