I printed out the main card on 200gm glossy photo paper, and the insert onto paper, I cut out both pieces and scored them where indicated, I then used double sided tape to stick the insert to the back of the base design.

I carefully folded the card to form a book and using 2mm sticky foam pads I added the decoupage pieces to the base, matching the picture up whilst going along, to make a lovely shaped and stunning easy to assemble card.
