I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements. I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements, added the design to a pale blue mat and assembled the card using DST and spongy tape.

Finally, I added glitter glue to the diamonds as it would take an awful lot of bling to cover the design and finally, added the greeting.
