Blue Floral Vintage Fan with Stand and Gift CardCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheets out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold holo card, added feathers & used foam pads to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used various Stickles to add some sparkle. I embellished with a die cut Ivy corner & a stamped greeting matted onto die cut scalloped circles.
