I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and the insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out.

I scored and folded the bag as expected. I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double side tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I attached the handles back to back using strong double sided tape. I then attached the handle to the top flap using strong double sided tape. I then added the top flap to the bag using thin foam tape. I added the pocket to the front of the bag using thin foam tape on three sides only.

I placed the little gift tag into the pocket. I added a blob of silicone glue under the wings of the butterflies to complete this gorgeous card.
