Beautiful Blue Rose Lampshade Shaped Card KitCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Printed on 250gm matte photo paper. I glued the front and back together, except for the base where indicated on the sheets, after gluing the tassled pull between the layers, then added the decoupage to the front and back of the card with silicone gel.

I'd added every bit of decoupage and very dimensionally, so my card refused to stand like it was supposed to, just too top heavy, so I glued the base together as well and will add a ribbon hanger at the top for display.

This would make a gorgeous party decoration. Absolutely beautiful design!
