Printed card base onto 200gsm white card and the decoupage onto matte coated paper. I used DST to join card at the side of the hat and used silicone for the decoupage.

I printed all sheets onto glossy photo card. I attached the front & back to heavy black card using wet glue & once dry I cut them out.
I attached then together across the top of the bonnet to make a tent fold card.
To ensure that it stands well I just straightened off the bottom of the base. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with gems.
