I reduced the size to fit a 5x7" card, allowing for a border, then printed all except the card back sheet on matte photo paper.

I attached the topper to a dark coppery gold pearl card and added corners die cut from the same card.

Added the insert with dst and the decoupage with silicone gel. Finished with a coordinating bow. There is another sheet with the sewing machine back should you wish to make a shaped card, and a sheet with smaller versions of everything the perfect size for a notecard and/or gift tag.
