I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I decided to use the design as a topper...I mounted the main image onto black card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added silver peel-off corners and a sentiment...great design in a gorgeous colour.
