Printed out all the sheets on matte photo paper. Cut out all the pieces and chose the happy Halloween greeting. Inked all the cut edges with dark gray ink. Attached black glitter paper to a card base.

Then attach the topper with double stick tape and built up the cut outs with foam pads. Cut a piece of chain to go around the greeting. Attach the insert to the inside of the card with double stick tape, this is a gorgeous design that also included other greetings, making it useful for other events.
