Welcome Baby Girl 3Completed by Suzanne Kavanagh

New baby girl card. I printed onto glossy printable decoupage paper. I cut out all the elements building up the layers using pin flair glue. I scored the card in 5cm. I used white shimmer card layered with baby design paper. I used peel offs for sentiments.

I embellished with ribbon along the edge adding a little angel in the corner along with little pink gems. I finished with the matching insert. Cup 905293_2073. Designer Isabel Neves
