I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. I finished the card off by placing the "Happy Birthday" greeting at the bottom of the card.
This design is very cute and would be very suitable to use for a sweet 16 or even for someone in their 20s or 30s.
