Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Used DST I attached Topper to a white card, and the insert inside, Used foam pads to attach the Decoupage, and sentiment .I put some crystal glitter onto the top of the Tutu.

I used gold glitter in the middle of the flowers. A very pretty design and an easy Kit to make up.
