LUV U Lots 4Completed by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. I finished off this card by cutting out the Happy Birthday greeting and affixing it with foam squares.

This card would be suitable for Valentine's Day, Anniversary and Birthday.
