Sweet little mermaids are such the thing little ones are looking for this year so this card will be a hit with them.

This pattern came with decoupage items which I use on the insert. i embellished the front with glitter glue in golds on the mermaids and used sequins that had a pearl shine around as bubbles and around the birthday greeting.
