Lil Doll Nelly In The Garden Mini KitCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

I made a base card with the picture on matching card, embossed the top edge of the card then printed all on matte card.

From the picture I cut away the top above the fence and used this as the first layer of decoupage, I used foam squares to add the layers I used three tags making the center one a double layer, I used a matching glitter on the embossed lines, sentiment tags and flowers in the hair, red glitter on the collar and flowers added black gems to the fence and turquoise gems on the tags then finished with Glossy Accents on the dogs eyes red flowers and collar.
